Regional Manager
The Regional Manager is the team leader responsible for the management of a multi-million dollar multi-family portfolio of properties located throughout California, Arizona, and Idaho. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the overall financial profitiblity and value, the leadership of the on-site teams and their success and growth, the physical condition of the properties and direction and oversight of all capital and renovation projects at the various communities. This position monitors all operations and the on-site employee teams at the properties including acting as a liason between the employees and residents, third party vendors and the ownership group on issues as they arise. Reports for the investor group and the executive management team are prepared on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis by the Regional Manager. Financial business acumen is a requirement as this position works to ensure NOI growth targets and profitibility levels are met and resident satisfaction and retention are an ongoing focus.

Community Manager
The Community Manager is the team leader responsible for the management of a multi-million dollar multi-family property. The position reports directly to the Regional Manager and shares in the responsiblity of the community's overall financial profitibility and value. Responsiblities include resident screening, inspecting units, overseeing expenditures and income collections, maintaining vendor/maintenance efficiency and cost control, marketing, training staff members, appropriately resolving resident conflicts and effectively running daily operations.

Assistant Community Manager
The Assistant Community Manager is the assistant team leader responsible for the management of a multi-million dollar multi-family property during the Community Manager's absence. The position reports directly to the Community Manager and shares in the responsiblity of the community's overall financial profitibility and value. Responsiblities include resident screening, inspecting units, overseeing expenditures and income collections, maintaining vendor/maintenance efficiency and cost control, marketing, training staff members, appropriately resolving resident conflicts and effectively running daily operations.

Leasing Consultant
The Leasing Consultant is often the first, and occasionally the only, contact potential prospective residents have with our communities. It is imperative that their first impression of our communities be a very positive one. Therefore, all duties listed below must be performed in a positive, business like manner without prejudice or discrimination. Responsiblities include resident screening, inspecting units, occassionally overseeing income collections, maintaining vendor/maintenance efficiency, marketing, appropriately resolving resident conflicts and effectively running daily marketing operations.

Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is the primary person responsible for the maintenance of a multi-million dollar mutli-family property. The position reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the community's overall physical condition and value. Responsiblities include maintaining the physical condition of the exterior of the property and the interior of vacant units, exercising cost controls when ordering maintenance supplies, maintaining management/vendor relations, training other maintenance technicians and effectively running daily operational maintenance.

Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is the primary person responsible for the ongoing maintenance of a multi-million dollar mutli-family property. The position reports directly to either the Maintenance Supervisor or in some cases the Community Manager and is responsible for the community's overall physical condition and value. Responsiblities include maintaining the physical condition of the exterior of the property and the interior of vacant units, exercising cost controls when ordering maintenance supplies, maintaining management/vendor relations and occasionally training other maintenance technicians and effectively running daily operational maintenance.

Groundskeeper
The Groundskeeper is the primary person responsible for the ongoing cleanliness, curb appeal and interior condition of the apartment units of a multi-million dollar multi-family property. The position reports directly to either the Maintenance Supervisor or in some cases the Comunity Manager and is responsible for the cleanliness of the property's grounds including, but not limited to, frequently walking the property and removing litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds. This person will ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, mail rooms, dumpster areas and recreation areas remain neat and free of litter at all times.

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is the primary person responsible for the ongoing cleanliness, curb appeal and interior condition of the apartment units of a multi-million dollar multi-family property. The position reports directly to either the Maintenance Supervisor or in some cases the Community Manager and is responsible for the cleanliness of the interior of units after they have been turned by maintenance and the daily upkeep of the clubhouse, busniess center, fitness center, movie theater and game rooms as well as all the on-site laundry rooms at the community.
