Pacific Capital Management is a Northern California based property management company, which began in 1991, and continues to grow exponentially in size each year with the addition of more properties to the owners’ portfolio. PCM currently and successfully manages over 2,000 rental units located in three West Coast states.

Our staff is comprised of a dedicated and bright group of industry trained, detail-oriented professionals who are the best at what they do! Each member of our team is personally committed to providing a wonderful living experience to our residents. We understand the value of providing prompt, individualized attention and superior customer service to each and every resident who lives with us. We offer a professional, prompt 24-hour maintenance staff so that our residents can always rest assured that someone is available to accommodate their needs.

PCM utilizes state of the art technology and property management software to keep current and accurate profiles for all of our communities and residents. We have streamlined many of the administrative duties allowing us more time to listen to our residents’ needs and exceed their expectations through superior customer service. As a part of providing this level of service, our communities are exceptionally well maintained. We inspect each property several times per day and maintain a strong belief that we won’t ask you to live at our community unless we, ourselves, would be comfortable living there.
